I’m Edward Calugtong, a graphic & web designer, web developer, blogger and a social media junkie from the Philippines.
I have founded the blog “Design was here”, where it focuses on the “Design” niche. I’m also a resident web developer at “DesignOra” and writes there also.
Background
Arts and Computers was my interest ever since I was a kid. I love to draw, paint, scribble and doodle with crayons, watercolors, pens and anything I can use as medium (even our wall). Computers have always amazed me with all its logic and things it can do on my elementary days. The internet has been a great resource for me, tried experimenting things on graphic applications and learn the basics of HTML/CSS reading blogs on web development. I decided to take a computer related course on College and have chosen a career that combines both.
I made my first website when I was 16 yrs old, and since then I was passionate to learn more.
Other than designing and coding
When I’m not in front of a computer; I enjoy traveling, taking photos, listening to great music and having a great time with friends.
*I also love talking on the first person rather than being sarcasticaly talking on the third person.
